Heavy Duty Caustic Gel Oven Cleaner

For those that prefer a Caustic option for oven cleaning here's our Epig Superdecarboniser, this can be used as a stand alone product for inside oven carcasses or as an additional product to our Epig Bio Heavy Duty oven cleaner for "spot cleaning" excessively carbonated corners, ridged walls or areas above the grill element you can't get your hand to easily.

Please note this is a heavy duty CAUSTIC cleaner based on 20% Sodium Hydroxide to ensure rapid action, care and PPE is required when using this product.

A heavy duty oven cleaner, designed for the rapid removal of grease and charred food debris. The thickened gel clings to vertical surfaces ensuring maximum contact time for improved cleaning performance which penetrates, emulsifies and dissolves severe soiling.

Application: Always wear suitable protective gloves and safety glasses during use. The oven or equipment should be turned off, and be no hotter than 40°c to avoid damaging enamel. For use inside the oven only, for external surfaces, doors, extractor hoods and hobs use our Epig Multi Surface Cleaner.
Use undiluted. Apply a thick, even layer to the surface using a brush, sponge or cloth. Depending on the level of soil, allow between 5-30 minutes contact time. Agitate using an abrasive cloth and rinse thoroughly with clear water.

N.B. Do not use on aluminium, Zinc or other alkali-sensitive surfaces.

Please note, this product will get thinner at temperatures below 10°C.
In order to achieve maximum performance, please use the product at a temperature of more than 10°C.
